Piquant Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup sieved tomatoes
4 tbsp dry white wine
4 tbsp low-fat unsweetened yogurt
chili powder
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat the sieved tomatoes and wine.

  2. Season, remove from the heat, and stir in the yogurt.

  3. Return to the heat, sprinkle with chili powder.
