FOR THE SAUCE |

large red bell pepper |

chopped tomatoes with onion and herbs |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Preheat the oven to 400`F. Place the pizza base mix in a bowl and stir in the dill. Make the dough according to the instructions on the packet.
- Press the dough into a round measuring 10in across on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Set aside to rise.
- Preheat the broiler. To make the sauce, halve and seed the bell pepper and arrange on a broiler rack. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until softened and charred. Leave to cook slightly, peel off the skin, and chop the flesh.
- Place the tomatoes and bell pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Gradually stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the sauce over the pizza base and top with seafood. Sprinkle with the capers and olives, top with the grated cheeses, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with sprigs of dill and serve hot.
