Garlic and Chilli Sauce

Tips: If you like really spicy foods, do not remove the seeds from the red chilli.
Yield:4

INGREDIENTS:
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 small fresh red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat the sugar, rice vinegar and salt in a small pan, stirring occasionally until the sugar and salt have dissolved.

  2. Add the garlic and chilli, pour into a serving dish and keep warm.
