Hawaiian Pizza

INGREDIENTS:
2 x 8 oz can sliced pineapple in juice
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
14 oz pkg pre-baked pizza crust
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
6 oz pkg Canadian bacon, quartered
1 scallion, thinly sliced
OPTIONAL 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 425`F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tbsp juice; halve pineapple crosswise.

  3. Combine barbecue sauce and juice; spread over crust within 1in of edge.

  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with Canadian bacon and pineapple.

  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.

  6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  7. Sprinkle with the scallion and, if desired 1 tbsp cilantro leaves.
