| 1 1/2 cups |
heavy cream |
|
| 1 tbsp |
packed light brown sugar |
|
| 1/2 tsp |
maple extract |
|
| 1/4 cup |
pecan pie glazed pecans, chopped |
|
| OPTIONAL |
maple leaf candies, to garnish |
|
|
| DIRECTIONS: |
- On medium-high speed, beat heavy cream, brown sugar and maple extract until soft peaks form. If desired, transfer to a pastry bag fitted with large star tip. Pipe or spread over pumpkin pie.
- Sprinkle pecan pie glazed pecans, around the edge of pie.
- If desired, garnish with maple leaf candies.
