cold water, to mix |
|
| 12 tbsp |
sugar, divided |
|
| 2 tbsp |
meringue powder |
|
|
| DIRECTIONS: |
- Preheat oven to 350`F. On medium speed, beat cold water, 6 tbsp sugar, meringue powder until frothy.
- On high, gradually beat in additional 6 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread meringue over pumpkin pie, sealing to edge of crust. Bake 7-8 minutes or until golden.
