carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces |

low-sodium chicken broth |

cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen |

1 1/2 cups |
shredded rotisserie chicken |
|
|
salt, to taste |
|
|
parsley, chopped, to garnish |

DIRECTIONS: |
- In a large saucepan, simmer carrots in chicken broth until tender, 10-12 minutes.
- Add cheese tortellini and simmer until tender, 2-4 minutes.
- Stir in rotisserie chicken; season with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
