DIRECTIONS: |
- Heat grill to medium. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2in wedges. In a large bowl, toss with canola oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Grill, covered, until tender and lightly charred, 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with toasted sesame oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
