Grilled Provencal Shrimp Skewers

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat grill to medium-high. in a medium bowl, toss shrimp with mayonnaise, herbes de Provence, kosher salt, and black pepper.

  2. Thread the shrimp onto 8 skewers (soaked if wooden) and grill, uncovered, until cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side.
