Grilled Spiced Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS:
8 chicken wings, about 1 1/2 lbs
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp seafood seasoning
3 tbsp unsalted butter
ranch dressing, to serve
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat grill to medium. Halve 8 chicken wings through the joint; cut off and discard the wing tips.

  2. In a large bowl, toss with olive oil and seafood seasoning. Grill, uncovered, turning once, until cooked through, 15-20 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine melted butter and seafood seasoning. Add the wings and toss to combine. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
