Mexican Grilled Corn with Cilantro |

olive oil |

1/4 tsp |
kosher salt |

1/4 tsp |
black pepper |
|
1/4 cup |
fresh cilantro, chopped |

1 tsp |
fresh lime juice |
|
|
lime wedges, to serve |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Heat grill to medium. Shuck ears of corn and cut each into 6 pieces.
- In a medium bowl, toss with olive oil and kosher salt and black pepper. Grill, uncovered, turning occasionally, until tender, 10-12 minutes (reserve the bowl).
- Transfer the cooked corn to the reserved bowl and toss with cilantro and lime juice. Serve with lime wedges.
