INGREDIENTS: |
6 oz |
thin sliced prosciutto (or ham), coarsely chopped |

1 lb |
chicken breast, boned, skinned, 1/2in pieces |

2 tbsp |
butter |
|
1 |
large onion, chopped |
|
2/3 cup |
Parmesan |
|
1 cup |
Ricotta |
|
1/4 tsp |
nutmeg |
|
|
salt and pepper, to taste |
|

DIRECTIONS: |
- Saute onion until limp. Add chicken until no more pink. Add ham. Coarse grind in cuisinart or mince by hand.
- Mix in Parmesan, Ricotta, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
