Italian Won Ton Filling

Comments: You might want to double check this recipe, it was a bit confusing to add into the database. I think this somehow goes with the other recipes from cook.com.... I added FILLING to the name that way it can be found.

INGREDIENTS:
6 oz thin sliced prosciutto (or ham), coarsely chopped
1 lb chicken breast, boned, skinned, 1/2in pieces
2 tbsp butter
1 large onion, chopped
2/3 cup Parmesan
1 cup Ricotta
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Saute onion until limp. Add chicken until no more pink. Add ham. Coarse grind in cuisinart or mince by hand.

  2. Mix in Parmesan, Ricotta, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
