thin won ton skins
Italian Won Ton Filling
egg white
Creamy Tomato Mint Sauce
Parmesan
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Rounded tablespoon filling in center of skin, egg white around 4 edges.

  2. Top and press together. Single layer on flour dusted baking sheets.

  3. Cover. Chill up to 4 hours or freeze.

  4. Can cook immediately, 5 minutes, 6 if frozen.
