Creamy Tomato Mint Sauce |

recipes exactly as it was said in the
recipe, and its' all really short hand. |

INGREDIENTS: |
2 |
medium onions, finely chopped |

2 |
garlic cloves, minced or pressed |
|
3 tbsp |
oil |
|
1 1/2 tbsp |
dry mint |
|
1 1/2 tsp |
dry basil |
|
1 cup |
chicken broth |
|
1/2 cup |
whipping cream |
|
|
salt and pepper, to taste |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Saute onion and garlic in oil until limp.
- 1 1/2 tbsp dry mint, 1 1/2 tsp dry basil, 1 cup chicken broth, not if too wet.
- Simmer uncovered until slightly thickened and reduced, 20 minutes. Stir in whipping cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
- If tomatoes watery, don't use broth.
