can of evaporated milk |

eggs |
|
1/4 C. |
lowfat milk |
|
1 1/2 TBL |
corn starch |
|
1 1/2 teasp. |
pure vanilla extract |
|
1 1/2 C. |
splenda |
|
1 C. |
golden raisins |
substitution: dried cranberries or any other dried fruit |

8 oz. low fat cream cheese |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Blend eggs and evaporated milk in food processor until smooth, In small bowl add corn starch and low fat milk and stir - add to food processor and
- take remaining ingredients one at a time into food processor and blend until creamy consistancy. Spray the pan with Pam Baking spray and pour in mixture
- Add raisins and bake. Cool and slice for a snack or brunch with warm fruit or cool berries.
- Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes
- Top with cooked berries and add your favorite sugar substitute...
