Tips: I have changed my love of mayo for an alternative that I like even better.. Vegenaise... you will not want anything else. I mix it with mustards, ketchup add pickles and you have a delicious thousand island dressing. Try experimenting with this tasty mayo with NO Eggs!! |

3/4 C. |
Low-Fat sour cream |
substitution: non-fat is ok too just taste and add more spices |
3/4 C. |
Greek non-fat yogurt |
substitution: greek yogurt has less carbs and is thicker you may use alternatives if you prefer |
1/3 C. |
Brand of no eggs mayo 'Follow Your Heart' Vegenaise |
substitution: low fat alternative mayo is ok, just find the one that you like and use it. |
1 teasp. |
garlic powder |
substitution: I like to roast fresh garlic too and add 1 clove |
2 teasp. |
fresh onion ( put in mini food processor and blend small) |

fresh chives |

1 teasp. |
flat leave parsley ( called italian parsley) |
substitution: it has more flavor, but curly parsley if just fine. |
1 teasp. |
salt & white pepper to taste |

DIRECTIONS: |
- In blender, add each ingredient one at a time and blend until thick and creamy. Refrigerate in glass container it will last for 3-5 days. Gets better with time.
