whole wheat pasta ( angel hair, ziti, or any other favorite) |

rotisserie chicken - chopped (remove skin) |

onion - chopped |

olive oil |

1 16 oz. |
fresh salsa ( in refrigeration section of grocery store) |

alfredo sauce ( homemade lowfat version included in this recipe) |

parmesan cheese - grated pecorino, romano, or add your favorite choice |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Cook pasta according to package directions and put aside.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Add chopped chicken and salsa and bring to simmer. Add alfredo sauce and simmer
- for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, don't rinse pasta. Toss pasta with sauce mixture and serve. Top with grated parmesan cheese and avocado slices
