Brown Rice Pilaf with Pecans |

brown rice |

pecans |

fresh dill, chopped |

2 tbsp |
unsalted butter, cut-up |

kosher salt |

black pepper |

DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 350`F. Cook brown rice according to the package directions. Meanwhile, spread pecans on a rimmed baking sheet and toast, tossing occasionally, until fragrant, 8-10 minutes; let cool, then coarsely chop.
- Fold into the rice, along with fresh dill, butter, kosher salt, and black pepper.
