Thai red curry paste |

canola oil |
|

light brown sugar |

1/2 tsp |
kosher salt |

1/4 tsp |
black pepper |

DIRECTIONS:
- Heat broiler. Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined broilerproof baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together Thai red curry paste, canola oil, light brown sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Dividing evenly, brush the salmon with the curry paste mixture. Broil until the salmon is opaque throughout. 5-7 minutes.
