frozen pie crust (Marie Callanders) |
substitution: or Pie Crust sheets (use 1 sheet) |

chopped broccoli, califlower, carrots |

frozen baby peas |

chopped baby zucchini |

DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 375`F. Cook bottom crust until light brown and add chicken mixture. Top with second pie crust and prick dough with a fork.
- Chicken Mixture:
- In skillet, saute' onion. Add chicken broth and then Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until veggies are tender and mixture cooks down.
- add chopped rotisserie chicken last and simmer 5 more minutes . Add chicken mixture to pie crust and bake until golden brown and cooked through, 20-25 minutes.
- Rest pie for 10 minutes and serve.
