celery seed |

DIRECTIONS:
- In a large colander, toss together carrot, cabbage, onion, parsley, and salt. Set colander over a large bowl and let sit 30 minutes; press firmly to remove moisture.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, celery seed, and sugar to combine, then add cabbage mixture and toss well to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, then serve.
