INGREDIENTS: |
2 x 8 oz can |
sliced pineapple in juice |

1/2 cup |
barbecue sauce |

14 oz pkg |
pre-baked pizza crust |

1 1/2 cups |
shredded Cheddar cheese |
|
6 oz pkg |
Canadian bacon, quartered |
|

scallion, thinly sliced |

OPTIONAL |
1 tbsp cilantro leaves |

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425`F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tbsp juice; halve pineapple crosswise.
- Combine barbecue sauce and juice; spread over crust within 1in of edge.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with Canadian bacon and pineapple.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with the scallion and, if desired 1 tbsp cilantro leaves.
