Pumpkin Meringue Pie

INGREDIENTS:
Pumpkin Pie
1/2 cup cold water, to mix
12 tbsp sugar, divided
2 tbsp meringue powder
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350`F. On medium speed, beat cold water, 6 tbsp sugar, meringue powder until frothy.

  2. On high, gradually beat in additional 6 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form.

  3. Spread meringue over pumpkin pie, sealing to edge of crust. Bake 7-8 minutes or until golden.
