Buttermilk Chicken and Tomato Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
2 romaine hearts, torn
1 rotisserie chicken, cut up
chives, chopped, to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; add chopped plum tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Divide 2 torn romaine hearts and cut-up rotisserie chicken among plates.

  3. Spoon the dressing and tomatoes over the salad and sprinkle with chopped chives.
