DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; add chopped plum tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide 2 torn romaine hearts and cut-up rotisserie chicken among plates.
- Spoon the dressing and tomatoes over the salad and sprinkle with chopped chives.
