Chicken with Lemons and Olives |

bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces |

kosher salt |

black pepper |

2 tsp |
olive oil |

lemon, thinly sliced |
|
1/2 cup |
pitted kalamata olives |

DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 400` F. Season chicken with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batched if necessary, cook the chicken until golden brown, 5-6 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake until cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
- To the skillet, add lemon and cook until golden, 1-2 minutes per side. Mix in olives and serve over the chicken.
