DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 375`F. Arrange 12 thin slices deli salami in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crisp, 12-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and fresh thyme.
- Serve the salami with the mustard sauce for dipping.
