chicken wings, about 1 1/2 lbs |

olive oil |
|
2 tsp |
seafood seasoning |
|
3 tbsp |
unsalted butter |

ranch dressing, to serve |

DIRECTIONS:
- Heat grill to medium. Halve 8 chicken wings through the joint; cut off and discard the wing tips.
- In a large bowl, toss with olive oil and seafood seasoning. Grill, uncovered, turning once, until cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine melted butter and seafood seasoning. Add the wings and toss to combine. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
